I think we've all tried enough of these reset procedures now on different devices to prove its clearly not a device or carrier issue. You can toggle all to off and still remotely find, lock, and erase the tablet. I have Pandora on my phone and it plays fine on it on the same wifi network. Toggle to off any apps that dont truly need your location. Just says "Waiting for connection" retry or cancel. Most SD cards should come formatted with these file systems. You’ll need to ensure the Micro SD card is formatted with the FAT32 or exFAT file system so the Fire Tablet can read it. Finally I tried a full factory reset on my Fire tablet and installed Pandora from fresh. If you don’t have either on your computer, the easiest way to get one is probably to purchase a Micro SD card reader that plugs in via USB. But another is just to enable installation of apps from unknown sources, which makes it possible to download and install Android apps downloaded. Then I uninstalled Pandora and reinstalled. One way is to install the Google Play Store. I've had it a couple years and never had an issue until now. Pandora stopped working about a week and a half ago on my Fire tablet. If that doesnt work, try Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> See all apps -> Downloads. I've been trying to resolve this issue for the last week, reading every post I can and finally found this thread and decided to post here. I can use the tablet to view sites such as CNN.COM, but still have concerns about network problems. The network has changed and it has not worked on this new network. Reminder: This tablet worked for a couple of years and stopped when we moved. There is a list of items:Īnd some more general stuff that does not appear to be Pandora related.ĭid the force stop and went back to Pandora. Backup to the top level of Apps for Pandora. Go to Pandora App to find a top level title of “Show Notifications” Tap the Latest FBReader for Android 4.1 and higher link to download the install file. There is nothing like “All” or something to clear all data. Visit /Android using the Silk browser on my Fire HD 8 tablet. There is “Amazon App Settings” so open that. There is no “Apps and Games” but there is “Apps and Notifications” At the bottom is the options for “Manage Notifications” and “CLEAR ALL.” The latter returns me to the Pandora screen which does not connect.įound my way back to Settings. One looks like “Airplane mode” and another like a sleep mode. There is a brightness bar with six icons below that. Swipe down to get a dialog, result was nothing like anticipated. Type in in the URL and get the Cancel Retry dialog. Left off overnight and returned to this, no progress. Sorry for the delay, could not get back to this until now.
